Check your injectors for cracked seals or to see if every thing is tight like it suppose to be.Use johnsons babypowder on your injectors tolook for leaks it sounds dum but you will be surprised what leak pop up

Check for good fuel flow from carburetor end of fuel line. If no, check fuel tap filter screen inside of tap bowl.

Thats not normal. You could get a bike off the show room floor and completely skip the break in period and it would run wide open. If your bike wouldn't rev past quarter throttle there is something wrong. With a blackened silencer and a motor that dies at quarter throttle I'd say you've got a problem with your injection system flooding your motor with fuel. I run 3 warm up and cool down rotations and go ride like normal. After 4 tanks of fuel your bike is more than broken in. If you aren't familiar with the injection system take it to the dealer and get someone to look at it. If you bought it new it should be covered as a manufacture defect.

Yes. This is completely normal. On two stroke engines they need to run at high rpm's to keep the plug clean. When you ride around without going up on the power band then it gets way too much fuel. And with oil mixed in with the fuel then it will foul plugs. It won't hurt anything internally. You will just have to continue changing the spark plugs.
