test light to find hot wire from battery. wire from coil to battery jump selonoid should start up.takes two wires to run three to start on back of switch. 1 of the three is start circuit other 2 of 3 make it run when connected. clear as mud lol
1600ml is the Arctic Cat recommended amount BUT if you check the KYMCO manual (the '06 250 is a kymco made for AC) it says the capacity is 1600ml but when you change oil it is 1400ml. This might explain why my oil level always seems higher than it should be. You can check the level with the site glass on the side.
Also on the 250, you also have to change transmission fluid separately. It uses the gear oil NOT engine oil.
Hi Matt only help I can give is look along top & bottom of chain for a tensioner it will be a round rubber wheel. If you cant find a tensioner it will more than likely you need to cut the chain down. If your not sure how to let me know & i'll let you know how. Also DO NOT USE IT while chain is loose as if you do & chain comes off you can crack engine case which then means a new engine
