When we replace the fuse it blows instantly

To my knowledge, there are no onboard electrical/electronic components capable of shorting and blowing the fuse with out blowing any of the secondary fuse. The main fuse could possibly blow due to a short in the wiring or an exposed/frayed wire touching the body. The three most likely areas would be:

could be several things, speaker wires touching,shorted output transistors, a shorted rectifier diode,bad filter caps in the power supply,those are the most common

i have had that happen when i accidentally hooked cables backwards to battery.red cable(pos) to post w/ + next to it & black cable(neg) to post w/ _ next to it is correct.

My guess is the wiring around the headstock pivot are shorted out, and you will need to need to do a check with a meter. This manual should explain clearer....

Most likely it is getting grounded out somewhere, or just bad wiring. Hope i was of help to you!
