Hey changing the key start is easy just need to look on eBay they are like 5-20.
Dollars the wire for key start is in the front of your quad unhook the old one and add a new one

Hey Darren,, what do you mean by "start fully"...sounds like its time for a professional carb cleaning..(start there!)

The transmission has to be reinstalled in neutral. The shift drum should give away how to do this! If you can't figure out how to accomplish this.. its time for a professional intervention!! (professional mechanic!)

Sounds like your battery.. it might show 12+ volts but not have any amperage to push the voltage... Have the battery tested at a battery shop..

Fuel supply problem somewhere. How is the float adjustment and the float valve? I'd guess the level adjustment is too low.

take the choke out of the carb using a 14mm wrench. The choke is a plunger held into the front of the carb by a plastic nut. Lubricate it and put it back. Be careful not to overtighten the plastic nut.

Be sure the plug at the rear of the engine ic properly attached and clean. It gets knocked off easily.
