possible idle mixture screw adjustment or vacuum leak

you need to remove the bolts and then it should come off... you might have to GENTLY tap with a RUBBER hammer..the magnetic attraction between the rotor and stator may make it a little harder.. >> pull straight off<<<

If you are talking back lash yes you have to get to them by removeing the valve cover . Make sure you know what the hot and cold clerances are and ware you slide the feeler gauge in makes a difference and the order you adjust them also makes a differance . I would check with Honda this information is free .You over thghten an ehxuast valve its a spent engine

take the choke out of the carb using a 14mm wrench. The choke is a plunger held into the front of the carb by a plastic nut. Lubricate it and put it back. Be careful not to overtighten the plastic nut.

Be sure the plug at the rear of the engine ic properly attached and clean. It gets knocked off easily.

fuel line plugged, carb needs cleaning, bad gas

I assume it a honda with auto trans,,,, if so needs new oil pump,,, thats what makes tthe trans work it supplies the oil to the trans so it can make presure to work

starter is probly bad and shorting out

out of gas, clogged petcock, fuel filter or stuck carb float. assuming you're getting a spark still of course. that's a whole other can of worms

take off the horn unit power it direct if it works its ok, if not replace, next step wire a small bulb into the horn wires and press the button if it lights the switch is ok, if you have a circuit tester put one end on the battery ground and check for power in the horn wires if their is power there put the lead on battery positive and press the horn button if there is no power their the switch or wiring is faulty

It sounds like the battery is worn out. It is lacking Amps and Volts. Or the battery contacts are dirty or corroded causing a bad contact.
