How do i disconnect the throttle from the carb on my artic cat 400 4x4
Its been atleast a month or 2 since ive worked on one of these, however im sure this will help you. If you follow the throttle cable to the carburetor (see my pic) on the throttle side of quad it will go into the side of the carburetor. You can remove the plate (circled in pink) to expose cable. Once plate is removed, you can see (circled in yellow) where the throttle cable end locks into. Carefully manuever the cable to come out. Do whatever you need to do, and do the opposite to reinstall. Hope this helps and best of luck. If anymore issues, reachout on here and ask or try to msg me on here ill help if i can.

I have a 2008 polaris ranger crew 700 twin turbo. When it rains or when i go thru water it starts missing and back firing
This is only a hunch based on my experience with a 2003 Polaris Sportsman 700.
The air intake to the air box is tucked up under the body panel. It is located in such a manner that when going through water, the steam builds up at the top of the body panel, smothering out the fresh air and replacing it with hot wet steam.
Re-route your air intake out from under the body to a location that will not trap the steam and remain fresh, cool and dry. This goes for any ATV with this issue as a possibility for the symptoms.

I have a polaris 2012 sawtooth 200 a blue spark at the spark plug what does this mean
You did not mention where the spark plug is when you see this blue spark, If it's still in the head with the spark plug cap on the spark plug.. replace the cap/wire/coil - probably a one piece unit. ..now, If the spark plug is out of the head, and the blue spark is jumping from the porcelain tip electrode straight to the curved tip electrode - that is GREAT! THE SPARK MUST jump STRAIGHT across the electrodes... sometimes it's really hard to see if it's jumping around the side of the porcelain tower, then to the tip..this is a fouled condition and it won't run - even though its a bright blue spark!! Seen it too many times!!
