1992 last one made, ever see it run good? if yes how long ago? A MISFIRING ENGINE IS EASY TO HEAR, FOR SURE 10HP KAWA kawasaki FE290D, gas engine not diesel. bad spark plug or bad gas. or carb failing.(way too rich) if engine runs smooth heard to, then CVT fails, bad belt? or the CVT controls are failing. overloading engine with wrong RATIO up hill.s.

sounds like a clog in the fuel system or tank/carb vents

Hi, please ensure that the 3rd party flywheel is allowed to be used as a replacement with your suzuki by calling suzuki about this. Otherwise, I would work with a mobile mechanic to remove the flywheel and then re-attach it to the suzuki. Thank you.

Hi, Your clutch would usually be the issue. But your ATV has automatic clutch so we can disregard that.. I will get that you need to alter your final drive (ie check 2wd, awd etcc). The light will go off when the fault that is keeping it on is fixed. You need the system scanned for the fault code.

The ATV needs maintenance. If you have done the standard maintenance for the number of hours of use, then the maintenance counter should be reset. This may depend on the model of your ATV, check your documentation. Page 14 shows the maintenance minder light and the reset for this model. Page 93 starts the section on the needed maintenance. On this ATV, there are three slightly different maintenance routines.
