Hi, please ensure that the 3rd party flywheel is allowed to be used as a replacement with your suzuki by calling suzuki about this. Otherwise, I would work with a mobile mechanic to remove the flywheel and then re-attach it to the suzuki. Thank you.

This could be caused by a few things. There could be an issue with the clutch, the CDI (capacitor discharge ignition) unit, or the ignition coil. You may need to have a mechanic inspect the components to determine the exact cause.

It sounds like the battery is worn out. It is lacking Amps and Volts. Or the battery contacts are dirty or corroded causing a bad contact.

Hi, Your clutch would usually be the issue. But your ATV has automatic clutch so we can disregard that.. I will get that you need to alter your final drive (ie check 2wd, awd etcc). The ATV needs maintenance. If you have done the standard maintenance for the number of hours of use, then the maintenance counter should be reset. This may depend on the model of your ATV, check your documentation. Page 14 shows the maintenance minder light and the reset for this model. Page 93 starts the section on the needed maintenance. On this ATV, there are three slightly different maintenance routines.
