this video's may help you with you're problem. \/ Also for pulling the bearing out of the axle I recommend a bearing puller set you can buy cheep online and rent a slide hammer from most auto shop's another video about the tool. \/ and use a socket that has the same outer diameter as the bearing to install.If the rear axle is not the same please disregard thisbut the video may still give you some insight as of whats ahead.

is the ignition switch bad? if it has been working fine off of the 2 wire switch,thats what i would replace with.if it worked with 2 wire switch why would you need 4 wire switch.

kill switch ? ignition switch bad ? bad spark plug boot or plug?

Hey Anthony.. there can be a couple issues... but we will deal the one I think might be the main issue.. the carburetor... Take it to a qualified professional..(not your buddy that thinks he might be able to clean it).. there are too many tiny passages and settings that need to be RIGHT... let the pro clean and set it.. its worth the $$..In a shop, should be an hour OR LESS... my shop,, it would be $50.

Hey Dave, thought I answered this already,,,??? Classic "brass kit" symptom! >>> You need a "brass kit".. this is the needle jet and the jet needle in the center of the carb. The jet needle is the thin needle that hangs down from the center of the slide... The needle jet is the "hole" that the jet needle slides into...Remove the carb, take the bowl off, remove the main jet, the needle jet holder should be able to be gently tapped out, the needle jet is a short brasspiece,, it comes out through the hole where the slide goes,,, reinstall the NEW needle jet, needle jet holder...(it may have a groove in it for correct location). once its seated, you can reinstall the main jet..NOW >> to install a new jet needle,,, remove the slide from the carb.. remove the spring and seat from the slide that holds the needle jet in place.. NOTE which groove the clip is in on the old needle.... Depends on the size of the motor, the size of the crankshaft end, the number of magnets and their arrangement, etc..etc,, check ALL these before you purchase one..

It's burning oil. Most likely from worn piston rings.

Could be an electrical problem. If it doesn't sense the neutral position signal it will not go into reverse. If your neutral light comes on then it may be a loose connection after the light. This is on of a few things to check out first

The first things I would check are seized brakes and then transmission condition/fluids. The auto has 2 clutches I believe. Make sure everything is full on fluids

Make sure the needle/seat spring is still there. also make sure your fuel filter is clean enough to keep up to your carb's new thirst

May be water in the gas or your spark plug may be misfiring and also the air filter may need replacement or cleaned out..Hope this helps!

Sounds like a vacuum leak or something is binding open. Spray ether or brake klean around all connections to see if there are any leaks and/or open it up again and check for sticking parts or misplaced springs
