Camshaft lobes are worn way down, not opening valves enough, and throwing off valve timing. Replace camshaft and followers. Make sure cam chain is still good. If cam chain is good, it's a fairly easy job.

Hi, You adjust the idle screw on the carburetor, to do this you will need to run the ATV, rev it and tweak the idle and throttle screws accordingly. Between revs you will need to adjust the idle screw and the throttle screw if needed.

Hi, Have you check the throttle cable to make sure it moves freely and it's not getting stuck? Have you also checked and cleaned the carburetor? The carburetor might need to be tweaked by lowering the throttle and raising the idle some.

The two gears you have can be put on in reverse but are slightly different try swapping them and try it again

Carb float sticking. Disassemble and clean.

Set motor to TDC compression stroke. Watch intake valve open and close.. when it closes continue to turn to timing mark.

The coil is last component in system. Need to verify other components in system.
